DIGHA- MALDA TOWN SUMMER SPECIAL INTRODUCED BY EASTERN RAILWAY

By demand of passengers Eastern Railway arrange additional 43,000 berths will be generated by running Malda Town – Digha - Malda Town, Malda Town – Lalkuan – Malda Town and Malda Town – Khatipurat – Malda Town summer special trains. Eastern Railway remains committed to prioritizing passenger comfort and convenience, especially during periods of increased demand such as the summer season. By proactively addressing passenger needs and introducing these three special trains, Eastern Railway reaffirms its dedication to providing quality transportation services and ensuring a positive travel experience for all passengers. The decision to introduce these summer special trains aims to alleviate the extra rush of passengers and ensure smooth and convenient travel. In these trains additional 43,000 berths generated by running three summer special trains.
The three trains time as below
03415 Malda Town – Lalkuan Summer Special will leave Malda Town at 17:15 úhrs. on every Wednesday between 24.04.2024 & 26.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Lalkuan at 19:05 hrs. on the next day and 03416 Lalkuan – Malda Town road Summer Special will leave Lalkuan at 21:05 hrs. on every Thursday between 25.04.2024 & 27.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Malda Town at 23:45 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Barharwa, Sahibganj, Bhagalpur, Sultanganj, Jamalpur and Abhaipur stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air Conditioned Accommodation.

03409 Malda Town – Khatipura Summer Special will leave Malda Town at 19:30 hrs. on every Thursday between 25.04.2024 & 30.05.2024 (6 trips) to reach Khatipura at 18:50 hrs. on the next day and 03410 Khatipura – Malda Town Summer Special will leave Khatipura at 21:00 hrs. on every Friday between 26.04.2024 & 31.05.2024 (6 trips) to reach Malda Town at 20:55 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop as same as 03415 Malda Town⁶ -Lalkuan Summer Special and also the same co are provided

03465 Malda Town – Digha Summer Special will leave Malda Town at 13:25 hrs. on every Saturday between 20.04.2024 & 29.06.2024 (11 trips) to reach Digha at 04:00 hrs. on the next day and 03466 Digha -Malda Town Summer Special will leave Digha at 08:00 hrs. on every Sunday between 21.04.2024 & 30.06.2024 (11 trips) to reach Malda Town at 22:35 hrs. on the same day. The train will stop at Rampurhat, Sainthia, Andal & Asansol stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air Conditioned Accommodation.
